Week 39 - Latin America
September 21st to September 27th
Monday (21st) - Peru
Please pray for the CLC ministry in Peru, where we are struggling to "break even". Pray for our team, who have been trying to increase our sales, including increased promotional activity through special discounts and the development of wholesale channels.
Tuesday (22nd) - Peru
Praise God for the support that has been graciously provided by CLC Colombia, CLC Chile, and CLC Mexico, through gifts of added inventory or finance. We are thankful for this "CLC core value" of fellowship being lived out in action.
Wednesday (23rd) - Peru
Pray for National Director Christian Farias and Regional Director David Pabón as they work together to grow the CLC ministry. In Peru, evangelical Christians make up 10–15% of the population, with the faith growing mainly in rural areas.
Thursday (24th) - Colombia
As part of their 50th anniversary celebrations, CLC Colombia will hold a special event for customers from September 24th–26th. Pray for a time of blessing, also at the staff meetings this weekend where most Regional Directors will be participating.
Friday (25th) - Venezuela
We are grateful to the Lord for helping us maintain good sales despite the economic instability and uncertainty in this country. We have also grown significantly in the digital market, particularly on Mercado Libre, where many people are buying.
The Weekend (26th - 27th) - Venezuela
Please pray that the Lord will continue to enable us to pay our suppliers in USD and also help us through the frequent power outages, which last up to six hours each day and greatly delay and complicate our processes.
