Monday (10th) - Devastating Floods
CLC’s National Director writes: “I humbly request your prayers for Pakistan. Many cities are facing devastating floods, and people are going through very difficult times. Food crops have been destroyed, and countless families are struggling. Please continue to remember Pakistan’s Christian community especially.”
Tuesday (11th) - Sales
Not surprisingly, the sales at our CLC bookshop in Karachi have been going down due to the impact of the situation in the Middle East. Kindly pray for God’s blessing and provision in this situation.
Wednesday (12th) - Convention
The annual Sialkot Convention in Punjab exists to encourage prayer and unity while strengthening the Christian faith. Please pray that the Bibles and books sold at this year’s event (in September) will bear fruit in many lives.
Thursday (13th) - Special Blessing
We want to share the good news that CLC worker Mr. Shan will become a father in the next months. Please pray for God’s blessing for him and his wife and the baby.
Friday (14th) - Books
One of our best-selling titles is The Amazing Story of Pakistan’s Christians by Michael Wakely. Please pray that this book, which tells the story of men and women of faith and courage, will continue to be an inspiration to many.
The Weekend (November 15th - 16th) - Promotion
Please pray that God would give us creative and effective ideas to promote our Advent-related books so that many readers may be encouraged to prepare their hearts for the coming of Christ and share His hope with others.
