Dear CLC Friends,
India is amazing and unforgettable, and it has left a lasting impression in my heart. I am delighted that this issue is focused on remarkable India.
It has beautiful scenery, a rich cultural history, delicious foods and a very hospitable and generous population.
Our dedicated team manages 23 bookshops in the country, mostly in the south where the majority of Christians live. It is one of the countries with the most staff and also the largest distribution of Christian literature in the CLC International Fellowship.
Opportunities for ministry abound. The need for more bookshops is very evident.
I hope you enjoy reading the articles about India in this issue of CLC World Magazine. God is doing great things in India through the CLC - ELS ministry.
As you read this issue, I pray that you will be inspired and encouraged.
Gary Chamberlin, CLC International Director

The youngest of six, Justin was born into a pastoral family. His father, born Hindu, accepted Jesus as his Saviour after seeing the Lord move greatly in his family.
Justin committed his life to the Lord at 14 years old, but because of the hardships he saw in the ministry, he decided to follow a different path.
