Letting God’s Light Shine in Benin
Pray for our CLC team in Benin serving in Cotonou, a vibrant city known for its lively markets and rich cultural heritage. In a nation where voodoo is still widely practised, our bookshop shares the light of Christ through Christian literature. Through the ministry of CLC, we bring hope and truth to those seeking light in dark places. Emmanuel Ladeyo and the team, comprising Adelaide and Alex, tend to the bookshop in Cotonou.
PLEASE PRAY that God would protect and encourage our workers as they serve faithfully. Pray that the hearts of the Beninese will be opened to the gospel, that lives will be transformed and that many will grow in faith and maturity through the power of God’s Word.
WORLDWIDE
CLC International Office
Please pray for the International Board of Trustees and our International Director and Regional Directors, who represent different countries, languages and cultural backgrounds. They carry the responsibility of making key decisions that impact the ministry of CLC worldwide. Our Trustees were recently able to meet in person and discuss many pertinent matters. We thank God for this opportunity.
PLEASE PRAY FOR the Lord to guide them by the Holy Spirit, giving wisdom, discernment and unity in Christ. Pray that their choices honour God, strengthen the ministry and advance the mission of making His Word accessible to all nations. Pray for their families as these roles usually require a significant amount of travelling outside their home countries.
MYANMAR
20,000 Burmese Bibles
From National Director Jacob Mung: “We give thanks that the Burmese Bible is ready to print! Please pray that the Lord will provide the substantial funds needed to print the 20,000 copies, meeting the great need for God’s Word in Myanmar. We are also encouraged that an organisation has requested nearly 200 boxes of Christian discipleship
books.”
PLEASE PRAY for God’s guidance and provision as these resources reach eager hearts and transform lives.
