Monday (14th) - Latin America Regional Meeting
Please pray for all the delegates attending the Latin American Regional Leaders’ Meeting that will be held from July 14th - 18th in Panama City. This event will provide opportunities for colleagues to reconnect, recommit and refresh their mission focus and vision. Pray for David Pábon, Regional Director for Latin America, and for special guests Gary Chamberlin (International Director) and Hervé Lessous (European Director).
Tuesday (15th) - Colombia
At the time of writing, we are getting closer to the opening of a new bookstore that is currently being remodelled in Barranquilla, the capital of Colombia’s Atlántico Department. Barranquilla is an important seaport belonging to the Caribbean region and has a population in excess of two million. Please pray that the new bookshop will be a great blessing for many people in this city and for many years to come.
Wednesday (16th) - Ecuador;
Please join us in giving thanks for the ministry in Guayaquil and also that the Lord has protected us in an area where there are many robberies and extortions of various kinds. Please pray for the continued safety and protection of our team, especially as some of them will travel in the coming months, taking the ministry van (bookmobile) to the following cities: Vinces, Quevedo, Babahoyo and Milagro.
Thursday (17th) - Ecuador
Our team in the city of Manta is thankful for God’s protection in their city, both of themselves and the bookstore. They request that the Lord continues to keep them safe and that He will help them as they visit different churches in the coming months, presenting some of the Bibles and Christian books available and sharing about the work of CLC.
Friday (18th) - Venezuela

The Weekend (19th - 20th) - Uruguay
The team in Uruguay is thankful that, every day, many come to the bookshop seeking more than books. They shared: “Some are looking for advice, others need guidance or knowledge, and we are always surprised at how the Lord uses us, despite our limitations! Recently, we had the opportunity to help an elderly and unwell woman to find shelter for her son. She was very worried and sad about his situation, but after several conversations with our staff, she found the courage and the means to take her son to a safe place”.
